​How Do I Place A Style Order?

 

Fill in the Styling Form on the Styling page. Please make sure to include a URL of the hairstyle you are wanting. If there's any other specifications e.g. looser curls, parted differently, more or less volumest. please put these in the comment section of the form.

The styling period can take anything upto 3-4 weeks, depending on the demand of our stylist as they can only work certain days (3 days a week). We highly suggest to order your styled wig 5-4 weeks prior to your deadline just to be sure the wig arrives on time. 

​

Wigs also won't be an exact copy of the inspiration photo, unless it was a recreation of a CupCakes Coiffure style. As our stylist is self-taught and does not have any additional training when it comes to wig styling. With saying that, styles will get more advice as experience is gained.

Payment and Shipping

 

PAYMENT

​

All prices displayed are in the Australian Dollar (AUD). When CupCakes Coiffure starts shipping internationally, We'll add a currency converter to the website to make things easier for our oversea friends and clients.

​

CupCakes Coiffure does accept payment via Visa, Visadebt, AMEX, MasterCard, PayPal and/or Afterpay.  

 

Regarding to any styling of wigs. We DO NOT accept afterpay for any custom styling. Full payment MUST be paid before any styling commences (not including postage). Payment Plans can be discuss during Quotation process though full payment has to be paid before wig is shipped out, including postage. If a payment is late, a 10% late payments fee will be added to the next payment or final total. This fee can be waived if payment is made 48 hours after due date. If custom style payment plan are missed multiple weeks, 10% late payment fee will apply to each week a payment is missed.

In the event when no payments have been made or no payments have been made to the plan and is past the agreed Payment Plan period. An Official warning warning will be issued to your email. Custom style customer will have one full work week (5 working days) to contact us and make the full payment. After the 5 day period, the customer agrees to surrender the wig to CupCakes Coiffure to resell on www.cupcakescoiffure.com

SHIPPING

 

CupCakes Coiffure predominantly uses Sendle to send all packages. We choose Sendle for it's 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery and affordable prices for our customers. 

​

We would like to point out the Sendle unfortunately DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If you would like us to post your order to a PO Box. Will happily do so through AusPost, just select select PO Box Delivery. Prices for this option will differ from sendle.

​

Once an order as been shipping, we are NOT responsible for how you receive your order. We will do our best to make sure you order is nice and secure/ready for pick-up but once the package is picked up, CupCakes Coiffure has no control order how said order is delivered to your door.

Add The Traditional Place Name In Your Address.

 

As a proud First Nations People owned and operated small business. We would encourage all our customers to include their Tradition Place name within their address. This is allowed and also encouraged by the Australian Post Office and other mailing services. S0 you don't have to worry about your ordering being send to the wrong address or lost.

WHAT IS MY TRADITIONAL PLACE NAME?

​

The Traditional Place name is the name the First Nations peoples of an area called the land before settlement in Australia happened. You can find out your Traditional Land name by doing a simple google.

​

HOW DO I ADD MY TRADITION LAND NAME IN MY MAILING ADDRESS?

​

To add you Traditional Place name just type it into the Address- line 2 space when checkout. Again, this will NOT create an error within the mailing system.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

Payments can be securely done through credit card, debit card, PayPal and AfterPay.​ None of your personal information will be shared or published.

Exchanges & Refunds

 

Exchanges

​

CupCakes Coiffure can exchange items that are damaged, wrong item is sent, an error occurs within the order processing or product isn't with customer expected. For any exchange to occur please contact us first and make sure the following points are checked. 

1. Has to be within a 48 hour period after receiving the package.

2. Wig(s) must be in good (resellable) condiction. Which means, wig(s) cannot be style in any way, shape or form, lace MUST NOT be cut and in the original bag with sticker plus the hairnet the wig came in.

Refunds

​

CupCakes Coiffure WILL NOT refund for change of mind, sale items or styling services. Refunds will only be given to those who have a allergic reaction to our items/products and severely damaged items cause in the packaging or shipping process. For that, photo evidence needs to provide for the approval for a refund or credit. 

​

Store Credit will be an option for customers if they aren't approved or elagerable for a refund. Things like sale items and wigs that were a custom order (only for the value of the wig(s) and NOT the styling service). 

​

NOTE: CupCakes Coiffure team has the right to ask for photography evidence of the item(s) that are being requested for any of the above. As, if the points (seen in Exchanges) aren't meet. approval for an exchange or store credit will be denied.
